Delivery Fees & Times

For those urgent deliveries we also provide express gift delivery to Sydney metropolitan areas. This is a 3-5 hour delivery service. Additional charges apply

Freights costs for individual deliveries are based on gifts up to 5kg in weight

Delivery Information

Couriers attempt to deliver between 8.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday only. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Please ensure that the address provided is the most appropriate for these hours. Workplace addresses are highly recommended in the event that the recipient regularly works office hours. Please note that should the intended recipient not be available, the parcel shall be signed by reception or the mail room.

Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or misspelt delivery information often results in delays in delivery. Should re-delivery be required, an additional charge will be incurred.

Gifts that are going to remote areas can incur additional delivery charges. We will advise of extra charges, or alternate delivery arrangements should they be required, including central pick up points

Please note, we cannot accept a specified delivery time.(eg 3.00pm)

If the recipient is not home and the delivery driver deems it unsafe to leave the hamper a calling card will be left. The recipient can then arrange a suitable day for re-delivery at no cost to him or her.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform a gift worth giving if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. If instructed, we will leave the hamper with a neighbour or alternatively leave it in a safe place.

a gift worth giving is not responsible for the gift delivery. We believe that we have employed excellent delivery companies who will endeavour to provide you with the best attention to care and speediness of service.But there may be times when despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. For this reason our delivery tables and guides can be our best estimate only.

All cancellation of gift orders must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Delivery Fees and Times for Christmas Period (December)

For Single and Volume Orders
  • Please allow extra time and an earlier date when placing your order to avoid disappointment.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, for orders placed after December 12, 2008.
  • When placing you order, please allow 3-4 days (single orders only) for your order to be packaged and shipped.
  • When specifying your delivery date, please be aware that couriers are carrying a greater amount of deliveries during this extremely busy period.
  • Whilst we are able to accomodate specific dates for delivery, we ask that you please choose appropriate freight option and delivery.
  • Please refer above for delivery charges for single orders.


We can arrange express delivery to anywhere in Australia. Extra costs will apply.
